Lionel Majzik

Lionel Majzik (1992) teacher, currently working in the tourism industry. He has been engaged in astronomy since 2005. He began to get seriously acquainted with astrophotography in 2017, since then he has won several international and national awards. Between 2021 and 2025, he led the astrophotography section of the Hungarian Astronomical Association’s journal Meteor. He is involved in educational activities through his exhibitions and presentations. In recent years, his experience and innovative work in the field of comet photography have made him one of the most successful representatives of comet photography in Hungary.
