Lionel Majzik

Lionel Majzik (1992) teacher, astronomy course leader, currently working in the tourism and hospitality industry. He has been engaged in astronomy since 2005. He began to get seriously acquainted with astrophotography in 2017, since then he has won several international and national awards. Since 2021, he has been serving as the columnist for astrophotography section in the "Meteor" journal of the Hungarian Astronomical Association. He is involved in educational activities through his exhibitions and presentations. In recent years, his experience and innovative work in the field of comet photography have made him one of the most successful representatives of comet photography in Hungary.
